Each individual is permitted to hold one bestbet9 account only. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited. Account balances do not earn interest. bestbet9 holds member funds separately from operational funds in accordance with its licensing obligations, ensuring that your PKR balance is protected in the event of insolvency.

bestbet9 processes all member financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method-level limits and processing times:

• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard banking windows
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer processing times apply

All funds deposited into your bestbet9 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bestbet9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.

Currency conversion charges may apply where your local bank processes a PKR transaction via an intermediary. bestbet9 recommends using JazzCash or EasyPaisa for the fastest and most cost-efficient transactions.

All bets and wagers placed on bestbet9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, or game as published on the bestbet9 platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.
